The Antarctic Book of Cooking and Cleaning (HarperDesign 2015) will tell Antarctic food, environment and international cooperation stories and do a short food demo (Wendy’s delicious honey oatmeal bread, white bean & roasted garlic dip) at the Cooks’n’Books stage at Word on the Street, Toronto Harbourfront Centre 430-530pm Sunday Sept 27, 2015. Join co-author Carol Devine, expedition leader, humanitarian and global and earth health professional for Antarctic tales & tastes. Co-author expedition cook guru Wendy Trusler will be in Peterborough at her studio tour. Signed books available both places. See you Sunday!
